Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address and message so we can read your request and reply. The basis is steps you asked for before a contract, or our interest in answering a message you sent us. Messages stay in email and, if the form stores them, on the site, for as long as needed to handle the conversation.

Technical data

The server may record, in security logs, the IP address, date and time, and browser type. We use this to run the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to profile you.

Cookies

Public pages do not use statistics or marketing cookies. Fonts are hosted on this site. Details are on the Cookie page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to the processing, by writing to info@erratic.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
