Feeder DM80
The Feeder DM80 is the heart of our fluid-dense 3D printing system: a mobile pumping station that stores and delivers the material to the extruder, keeping a steady flow from the first layer to the last. With its 80-litre hopper, it is the ideal companion for large-scale cement and clay 3D printing.
Our proprietary dual motor technology separates feeding from pumping. One unit keeps the mortar fresh and homogeneous inside the hopper, while the other works in sync with the extruder, so the output stays constant even with the most viscous materials.
It can be configured with different pumping units to suit each project, from dense clays to fast-setting cement mortars.
Built in stainless steel and designed to be taken apart quickly, it withstands high-pressure water cleaning and rolls easily to any cleaning station on its large wheels.
