Extruder TS25
The Extruder TS25 is the print head of our fluid-dense 3D printing system: it receives the material from the Feeder DM80 and lays it down in precise, continuous layers. Its twin screw technology allows it to print virtually any fluid-dense mortar, from cement and lime to clay.
Light and compact, it requires only a 10 kg payload, so it can be mounted on small and large industrial robots as well as on CNC machines.
Quick-change nozzles let you adapt the bead size to each project in a few seconds, from fine details to large structural layers.
Entirely made of stainless steel and resistant to abrasive materials, it can be taken apart by hand without tools, for fast and thorough cleaning.
